The welcome bonus is available once per new account only. If GU99 detects attempts to claim the bonus through multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all associated balances.

To count toward the wagering requirement, each bet must have minimum odds of 1.50. Bets placed at lower odds will not be counted. If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus validity period, the bonus balance will be automatically removed.

Any attempt to engage in match-fixing, manipulation, or unfair advantage will result in the permanent closure of the GU99 account and forfeiture of all winnings. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

GU99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) on any withdrawal request or under specific circumstances. This typically involves submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.
